SITE REGISTRATIONS HAVE STARTED ON 7TH JANUARY 2021 FOR SAPTHAGIRI NAGAR LAYOUT, SARJAPUR.
SAPTHAGIRI NAGAR SITE ALLOTTEES SHOULD SUBMIT A HARD COPY OF THEIR AADHAAR AND PAN CARD TO THE SOCIETY OR A SCAN COPY THROUGH AN EMAIL TO contact@cgtithousing.org
Sapthagiri Nagar Sarjapura Layout Development as below
Layout approved by STRRPA for 23 Acres 8 Guntas
The project approved by RERA.
Work has been completed in all respect viz. formation of road, Black top, underground with STP as per specification, water supply to the individual sites, rain water drainage, electrification overhead tank, NOC obtained from all the government agencies.
200 sites has been allotted and individual Khatha also received, now the registration process will be commenced shortly.
Additional 5-6 acres of land will be developed and allotted at the earliest.
 
NSR Belagola (Pragathi Dreams)
Layout approved by MUDA.
The project approved by RERA. Work has been completed in all respect viz. formation of road, Black top, underground drainage, water supply to the individual sites, rain water drainage, electrification etc. NOC obtained from all the government agencies. This Layout is Gated Community.
105 sites has been allotted and individual Khatha also received, now the registration process will be commenced shortly.

  • CONVERSION AND LAYOUT APPROVAL WORK IS IN FAST TRACK
  • ADDITIONAL 33 ACRES FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE IS IN PROGRESS.
