In meeting the overwhelming applications received, we have completed 50 acres of booking.

Application for "Change of Land Use" for 40.27 acres has been submitted to HUD through BIAAPA and approval is expected soon. Once the change of land use is obtained, the land conversion process will be speeded up and civil works will commence.

Members are requested to be prepared for payment of the fourth installment, as soon as you receive the communication from the society. This will enable us to complete the project and deliver the sites at the earliest.
